Menu Item Ordering
Currently, the default ordering does not take into account frequency of usage.
Suggested ordering,
Close Tab
Hibernate Tab.Put in new folder
Set label
Highlight
Copy URL
----
Reload tabThe aim is to focus on multiple tab operations which can only be done using the tree bar.
The close tab should be first, as it will be frequently used to close multiple tabs at the same time.
Reload tab is at the bottom because it is rarely that we need to reload multiple tabs. (Reload single tab - already has its own button in chrome)

You make a good argument. My main concern with putting the Close menu item at the top was the possibility of accidental clicks on that first menu item, which would be a rather destructive accident :)
I'm considering waiting to make the change you suggest until after the Recently Closed sidebar pane is implemented, which would make it much easier to revert such a misclick.
Imho, I don't think the accidental closing of tabs is a real problem.
Firstly, the people using sidewise are likely to be advanced users who are somewhat immune to this.
Secondly, its not so easy to accidentally left, shift mouse position down slightly + right click.
The low probability of occurrence do not adequately justify the inconvenience of sticking to the current position.
Just my thoughts.
:p
My preferred ordering would be to keep it as it is.
This is because:
- Closed tab at bottom prevents accidents.
- Hibernate/Wake Branch are my most frequently used actions.
- By convention "Close" is usually at the bottom.
- Closed tab being too far away only a problem when the menu becomes too long. At the moment it is short and simple enough that it is best to keep the Close tab where it is.
Perhaps moving Put in new folder after the first separator might be a possible change, but otherwise, it's completely fine as it is now.
My new plan for addressing this request is to allow the user to reorder/toggle the context menu items from the options page. This will be valuable not only for requests such as yours, but also to keep things manageable as the number of context menu actions grows, some of which may only be desirable to a small subset of Sidewise users.

Once that and the Recently Closed sidebar pane are in place, I will decide whether to move the Close item nearer to the top by default as you suggest.
