A couple suggestions
Excellent plugin. Two suggestions. First, add a button to the Sidewise panel that will open a new, blank tab. Second, at least on Windows, the Chrome tabs in the main Chrome window get pushed down a little, which means you lose some browser space.

#1: In the next release there will be an 'open new tab' button that appears when you hover a window row in the tree. And you'll also be able to double click in the white space below the tree to open a new tab in the current window. There will also be an option to control what appears in these new tabs.
#2: Unfortunately there's not much that can be done about this: since Sidewise's sidebar is actually just a second Chrome window that is positioned next to the main Chrome window, the main Chrome window has to be unmaximized for both to be visible on a single monitor. Until Chrome team gives extension developers a proper sidebar API we're probably stuck with this behavior.
