Can confirm it still happens.
Steps to reproduce (for the most part):
- Use the plugin- Don't restart (I've yet to restart once since I installed it yesterday and I'm a bit afraid to do so now)
- Sit on a tab in the middle of the window
- Ctrl-T to create a new tab
- New tab scurries backwards to sit after the one you were on when you Ctrl-T'ed
