Port to Opera sidebar

Now that opera has sidebar for extensions it's perfect time to make this extension compatible

Here is a dirty patch that makes it work http://paste2.org/OBEKpyza. Apply to unpacked .crx from chrome store. You need Opera Development branch for sidebar to work.
