Window position and size frequently incorrect

On at least Ubuntu 12.04 with Xfce and 12.10 with Unity 3D, the Sidewise window is rarely in the correct place, and often in significantly incorrect place, such as partially underneath the main window, or with tens of pixels away from it. Its size is similarly somewhat variant in semi-random manner. For me this is easily the largest problem with Sidewise, although it's working just barely well enough to still be the best Tree Style Tab replacement.

I have similar issues with Openbox on Arch linux where sidewise is not properly aligned with either the screen or the chrome window. In addition, I have 2 monitors and sidewise reports that it only sees one (using twinview with the proprietary nVidia driver).

Have you tried going to Sidewise's options and clicking "Detect all monitors now"?

Yes, I'm afraid so.

Same problem here on Windows XP - often sidewise is half on one monitor, half on the other. Maximising the Chrome window fixes things, but it never seems to remember from one session to another...
