Right-click on ANY tab and allow new tab to be created next to this tab instead of the bottom.

Add option to right-click menu that would allow new tab to be created next to the tab that I right-click on even if that is NOT the active tab. I currently have 99 tabs open, when the new one gets created at the bottom when I'm working at the top, it is highly inconvenient.
