Folder not saved when created with "Put in new folder" context menu item from a blank area.

Hello. The blank area just below the last row (where it sometimes says "Double-click to create a new tab") has a context menu with the item "Put in new folder". If one were to create a new folder using this menu item, the folder and its content would disappear when Chrome is closed. This is not the case when one create the folder by right-clicking on a non-empty row.

Perhaps the "Put in new folder" menu item should not show up in the blank area. That would avoid this confusion. Thanks.

I just noticed that the folder created in this manner cannot be deleted by the user. However, as it disappears when the session ends, this isn't really an issue. ;)
