Docking not compatible with a vertical windows task bar

Peter Knight 12 years ago updated by Joel Thornton 12 years ago 2

I have a dual monitor setup with one vertical windows task bar in the middle. Having sidewise docked pushes windows behind the task bar, which unfortunately ruins the benefit of the extension. I know there aren't a ton of people with a vertical task bar on Windows but I thought I'd let you know.

I have seen this issue previously but thought I had it fixed. Will investigate, thanks for reporting it!

Can you tell me what the dimensions are of your monitors, which monitor you have the vertical task bar on, which side of the window you have Sidewise set to dock itself to, and which monitor you've got Chrome/Sidewise showing on? That should probably be enough info for me to reproduce the problem.

On my single monitor (laptop) 1366x768 (I think), I have a vertical Windows taskbar and it seems to work fine for me.
