Close all children

Alexander Sschmov il y a 11 ans 0

New to this extension and so far really enjoying it.
Would it be possible to add a function that closes all children tabs of the parent?
Or is that maybe possible already?
My use case: Say you have your RSS reader open and open up several stories. It would be nice to dismiss them all at once when finished reading.

Sorry - the most recent version seems to have even more problems than before...

dsl101 il y a 11 ans mis à jour il y a 11 ans 8

SW was freezing yesterday, with about 10 tabs open. The SW window was unresponsive, and the only solution seemed to be to disable the extension in Chrome settings, then re-enable it again. But it soon froze up again.

This morning I started Chrome, and this was what I got - loads of old tabs, and several 'Last Session' rows in strange places.

Closed tab still visible in sidewise

dsl101 il y a 12 ans mis à jour par Jeff il y a 6 ans 6

I just closed a tab (LastPass) with a middle click on the tab at the top of the Chrome window, but Sidewise didn't 'notice', and still shows it in the tree. Clicking on it in Sidewise doesn't do anything, and the other tabs still work, so it's not critical, but clearly Something Went Wrong...

I believe this should be fixed in the new 2012.10.18.1 release. Please let me know if you're still encountering this type of issue after updating.

Locking sidewise to a window

Lars Martin Rørtveit il y a 11 ans 0

Sometimes when I restart chrome, my sidewise bar changes to the other window, which is on my other screen.

Maybe it would be a good idea to make an option to lock the sidebar to a specific window?

Maximum page remembered / Page limit

이시인 il y a 8 ans mis à jour il y a 8 ans 1

I worry about the memories that Sidewise would eat up when many page sets are stored. I can enable diagnostics and reset tree, but this is quite tedious. So I want to set maximum pages that Sidewise can remember.

Oh, also need Auto-collapse unfocused tree badly!

+1 to "Auto-collapse unfocused tree"

Check Out Firefox's extension: TabsGroup Manager use it as a reference for ideas for SIDEWISE)

tim777 il y a 10 ans 0
TabsGroup Manager extension in Firefox does it right, very right!!!!.......use it as a reference for what SideWise can do and how its done..

SideWise is very good as well.....but there are features in TabsGroup Manager and the way things are done for the user that makes it real easy and fast (like dragging a URL directly into a GROUP without scrolling down a whole list)....as an example.

Displaying crashed tabs differently (e.g. via font or favicon)

I would like to do this but I'm not sure I have a way to detect a crashed tab specifically. Will investigate.
